We are looking for a Game Lead / Executive Producer (exact title to be confirmed) to develop and execute new games with the Guild of Guardians IP. Title aside, this is effectively a ‘game-CEO’ type role where your mission is to build a new game from scratch.
This is an exciting opportunity to set the strategy, build and lead a team, and have accountability on execution to make this vision a reality. As the Game Lead / Executive Producer you will champion the vision and will take accountability for the strategic direction, execution and budget of new game opportunities. This role will give you the autonomy to make a significant impact on the future success of GOG!

Create new and exciting games within the Guild of Guardians universe
Have full autonomy and accountability over the strategic direction, execution and budget of new game opportunities
Source, select and manage development partners who will execute your vision
Build a high functioning team to execute the strategic vision, finding the right balance of outsourced partners and internal hires as appropriate
Manage the development and operational processes within your division
Deeply understand the overall game vision, product strategy, customer base and goals
Effectively prioritise product and team decisions across all levels, and make strategic pivots based on data and new information
Communicate effectively, build trust and collaborate effectively with the leadership team
5+ years in an internal game development studio in a design, product or management role
3+ years experience building and leading cross-disciplinary teams responsible for games from concept to shipping
Deep knowledge of games, gaming audiences and gaming industry
Proven ability to lead in a highly ambiguous and cross-disciplinary team
Demonstrated ability in product management
The ability to prioritise in a highly complex environment with many stakeholdersInterest in NFTs, blockchain and the power of web3, aligned incentives and ‘play-to-earn’

Experience or a keen interest in NFTs, blockchain and NFT games
